• Make sure you're signed into the Google/Gmail account you have purchased the map with
• Make sure you clicked the link to the map (in your order confirmation email) once
• Check your internet connection
• Try opening in a (different) browser or via desktop

Make sure you close every activity before clicking another pin. This might save you lots of frustration!

It is advised to get the full picture before you visit. Here's how:

1. copy the activity name
2. paste it in the search field
3. hit the search button

This gives you real (parent) feedback and current information. Always worth checking before you go.

In the legend of the Map, you can select/deselect categories to hide/show the pins.

Please note: setting up the Maps, we have identified 60+ activity types. Every region differs in their availability of those type of activities. Plus, we curate activities based on family-friendliness and at least 4.2+ star reviews.

The KidsTravelAdventures Map is 'view-only’ (you can't edit our descriptions), but here's how to make it your own: Save your favorite activities to your personal list (please see Guide for the 'How to'). In your list you can add notes and tags.
