Refund policy

1. Digital content & instant access
Our products consist solely of digital content: access to a Google My Map or related digital materials. Delivery of this digital content begins immediately after purchase.
During checkout, you explicitly agree to:
- Immediate delivery of digital content, and
- Waiving your right of withdrawal (Art. 6:230p(d) BW, EU Consumer Law).
As a result, refunds are not possible once access has been provided.
2. No right of withdrawal
Digital content delivered immediately upon consumer consent does not fall under the 14-day withdrawal period.
You voluntarily waive this right at purchase.
3. Content protection (Copyright & Database Law)
All maps, datasets, and Google My Maps content are protected under:
- Copyright, and/or
- EU Database Rights, and/or
- Contractual licensing terms
You may not:
- Copy, export, download, or extract the map or its data
- Republish, resell, or commercially reuse the content
- Share access with third parties
- Publicly share screenshots
Violations may result in:
- Immediate access termination,
- Billing for damages, and
- Legal action.
4. Faulty or incorrect delivery
If you experience:
- incorrect access,
- a broken or non-functioning link,
- technical issues that prevent delivery or access to the digital content,
KidsTravelAdventures will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue free of charge, for example by restoring access or providing a functioning access link.
These issues fall under statutory conformity rules (non-conformity), not under the right of withdrawal.
If, after reasonable attempts, KidsTravelAdventures is unable to restore proper access or otherwise supply the digital content as described, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
